July 9, 2021- Sun Prairie, WI — The Badger Midget Auto Racing Association and Angell Park Speedway, in partnership with the Fredenberg family and Conrad Real Estate, have announced the purse for the Fredenberg Memorial 50 during the 85th Badger Reunion event at Angell Park Speedway on August 1.
Nick Conrad, of Conrad Real Estate and life-long Fredenburg family friend, has assembled several partners to make the Fredenberg 50 the largest paying purse of the 2021 Badger Midget Series season. Storage and Handling Solutions and the Utica Bar have come on board in support of this major event. The winner’s share of the purse will be $2,000.00 and starting cars will receive a minimum of $200.00 to start the 24 car field. Lap money along with other prizes will also be paid out for the event. To be eligible, the driver and owner must be a member of the Badger Midget Series.
The reunion event will start at 1:00 pm in the pavilion of Angell Park. All fans are welcome and adult admission is $20 which includes a general admission ticket for the races and a ticket to the luncheon. All past series drivers will have free admission to the day’s event. The Badger Midget Series encourages all open-wheel vintage car owners to bring their cars and display them at the event.
