Angell Park Speedway Fan Information

SORRY, NO CARRY-INS ALLOWED

Advance Tickets: Tickets for all future events can be purchased by going to our website angellpark.racing.

ATM: The ATM is located on the lower level of the Turn 1 Pavilion.

Banners and Signs: We love it if you bring banners and signs to cheer on your favorite driver. Of course, your sign must be in good taste and not obstruct the view of your fellow fans.

Beer Sales: We will not serve beer to anyone under the legal drinking age of 21 or to anyone who is deemed intoxicated. Proper ID will be required, and please drive responsibly. Sorry, No Carry-Ins Allowed. Anyone consuming alcohol not purchased at Angell Park may be asked to leave.

Camping:  Camping is allowed up to 2 days prior and 1 day following a show. We ask that you camp only in parking areas outside of the perimeter fence (upper lot adjacent to Grove St. or lower lot adjacent to Park and Market St.) Please be respectful of the grounds and use designated trash receptacles. Please also be respectful of local ordinances, noise curfew, alcoholic beverages etc. Sorry no campfires.

Concessions: There’s plenty to eat and drink in food and beverage stands located on the main concourse as well as the lower level of the Pavilion. At large special events, we also offer satellite stands in additional locations.

Corn Fest: The Sun Prairie Sweet Corn Festival is a 4-day festival held on the grounds of Angell Park. Comprised of a Parade, Carnival Rides, Music Entertainment, and of course ample amounts of Sweet Corn. Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards at the front gate, pit gate, souvenir stand, and beer stands. All concession stands are CASH ONLY. For your convenience, there is an ATM located in the lower level of the Pavilion.

Customer Service: Have a question and don’t know whom to ask? Ask any of our employees in one of our concessions stands or security personnel. 

Emergencies: Report emergencies to a Speedway employee in a “staff” shirt, a uniformed security officer or the Main Ticket Office.

Fan Conduct/Profanity: As a family facility, fans using abusive or profane language or who are deemed intoxicated will be asked to leave the Speedway. Please report disturbances to the nearest uniformed employee, security officer or the Main Ticket Office.

First Aid: If first aid is needed, contact either a security person or a uniformed staff member, who will escort you to the First Aid Station.

Handicap Parking: Handicap parking is located near the Upper Box Office off Highway N.

Handicap Seating: A viewing stand is located near turn one near the Main Concession stand.

Hall of Fame: Firemen’s Angell Park Speedway is home to the National Midget Racing Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is open during all racing events and is located on the Lower Level of the Pavilion.

Location: Angell Park Speedway is located Downtown Sun Prairie / 4 Miles North of I-94 Exit 244 / 1 Mile South of US Highway 151 Exit 103.

Lost and Found: The lost and found is located at the Main Concession Stand. 

Ordering Tickets by Internet: Advance tickets may be purchased by accessing the Angell Park Speedway website. Click on the link on the home page.

Overnight Parking: Overnight parking in the pits for race teams is allowed for special events only.

P.A. Announcements: Time permitting; the Speedway will try to announce your message. Please bring announcements to Kids’ Club early in the evening.

Paging: Except in emergency cases, paging of spectators is not possible.

Parking: Parking at Angell Park Speedway is FREE. A 5-mph speed limit is enforced.

Party Deck: Located in Turn 1 the Cannery Wine and Spirits Party Deck can host groups from 20-75 people. Contact Kent Orfan at 608-220-4166 or by email at kent@misracing.com

Pavilion: The Pavilion at Angell Park is available for rent for your next event. Contact Heather Yeargin at angellparkevents@gmail.com or by phone at 608-432-2950.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed in the Main Grandstand area but are welcomed in the Pits.

Race Times: For all events at Angell Park Speedway, Pit Gates Open at 1:30 PM, Front Gates Open at 4:00 PM, and Opening Ceremonies begin at 6:00 PM.

Rest Rooms: Rest Rooms are below the Main Concession Stand and on the lower level of the Pavilion in Turn 1.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in spectator seating areas or in the pits. Please use areas to the rear of the grandstands away from other spectators (gravel road).

Social Media Policy: While we understand the thrill of using social media to share your experiences at our speedway, we would like to remind everyone that our staff, drivers and teams work all week to provide the best entertainment possible, live, in-person. We reserve the right to remove any party or parties we determine to be providing live/realtime coverage and updates from Angell Park Speedway via social media or otherwise. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the races.

Souvenir Stand: Located in Turn 1 behind the Party Deck.

Track Description: Firemen’s Angell Park Speedway is a 1/3 mile clay oval. 

Will Call: This is located at the Upper Box Office off of Highway N, you can pick up your advance ticket purchases at this area on race nights only. Look for the Will Call Sign.
